समदोष समग्निश्च समधातु मलक्रियः । प्रसन्नात्मेन्द्रियमनाः स्वस्थ इत्यभिदीयते ||शु.सं - सू.स्था. -- १५.४१

One is in perfect health when the three Doshas(Vāta, Pitta and Kapha), Digestive fire (digestion, assimilation and metabolism) all the body tissues & components (Dhātus) (the entire physical body) all the excretory functions (the physiological functions of urination and defecation) are in perfect order with a pleasantly disposed and contented mind, senses and experience of the inner Self(Ātmā). This has been the question of philosophers and sages from time immemorial. The roots of the answer to this question lies in purifying the mind and body of impurities. Our experienced and trained Panchakarma staff at the ashram perform treatments hand-picked in-house preparations used in the healing process using herbs and products which are organic and free from additives. With the lovely Himalayas enshrining an Oxygen rich environment and fresh water from the sources, healing can indeed be quite a joyful process to begin with. All this is practised not just for those who take treatments from outside, but everyone in the ashram follows. So much so that the Ashram has entirely avoided the jabs.
